Booking information

We believe arrranging your stay should be just as enjoyable as the holiday itself. If you have any questions along the way, we're always here to help.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is due six weeks before your arrival date.

Bookings made within six weeks of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

Your booking is confirmed once the required payment has been received.

Payment is by bank transfer to Cheshire Homestays.

A £300 refundable security deposit is payable two weeks before arrival and will normally be returned within seven days of departure, subject to the property being left in a satisfactory condition.

 If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.

• 30 days or more before arrival – Full refund. 
• 14–30 days before arrival – 50% refund. 
• Less than 14 days before arrival – No refund. If we are able to re-let your cancelled dates, we will always do our best to minimise any loss wherever reasonably possible.

Curlew Cottage is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

 Check-in is from 3:00 pm.

Check-out is by 10:00 am.

One well-behaved small dog is welcome by prior arrangement.

Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to bring your dog.We kindly ask that dogs are not left unattended in the cottage and remain off the beds and furniture.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog.
