Bookings and payment terms
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due six weeks before arrival.
- Bookings made within six weeks of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
- A fully refundable £300 security deposit is payable two weeks before arrival and returned within seven days of departure, subject to the property being left in satisfactory condition.
- Payment is by bank transfer to Cheshire Homestays.
We do not host hen or stag parties.
